USA Wrestling Membership Required
While safety is our top priority and we take every precaution to maintain a safe training environment, wrestling is a contact sport and accidents can happen. To ensure your athlete is fully covered, a valid USA Wrestling Card is required prior to participating in any practices or tournaments.
This membership provides secondary sports accident insurance, offering supplemental medical coverage for injuries sustained during sanctioned practices and events.

We welcome kids ages 4–14 of any experience level — beginners and returning wrestlers alike. Every child has a place in our room.

Code of Conduct
The Payson Lions Wrestling Club Code of Conduct outlines core standards of sportsmanship, respect, and safety for athletes and families. Aligned with USA Wrestling and SafeSport standards, it establishes clear expectations for behavior on and off the mat to ensure a positive, disciplined environment focused on athletic and character growth.
